I am an Advocate based out of Delhi having experience in drafting and filing of diverse matters in multiple forums such as Supreme Court,High Court and District Courts.
Graduated with 8.05 CGPA in Constitution Honours
Assisted Sir with research on ongoing cases that involved issues of law under The Code of Civil Procedure, 1908; Patent Act 1970; drafted application under Order XXXIX Rule 1-2 and Rule 4 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 and Civil Appeal pertaining to patent matters. I also assisted Sir in editing his upcoming book on “Patent”. I also observed proceeding before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, the High Court of Delhi, NCLAT(Delhi Bench and Madras Bench), NCLT(Delhi). I also participated in conferences and briefings in relation to the ongoing cases.
