Role:- • Currently handling a team of 15 members from offshore. • Preparing the Monthly , weekly and other status reports and Dashboards for the project. • Working on the implementation activities. • Handling incidents Management, Request tasks, Change Management in the application areas of Meditech. • Interacting with Customers on daily basis to report the health of the project. • Performed End to end DTH testing. • Proving the application related support to several clients. • Working on several background jobs and process like BAR close day, Summit schedulers etc. • Working on Downtimes.
Synap health is an EHR being developed for ambulatory services in U.S hospitals. It is still under development phase and will be available in market within few months. Role:- Testing all the modules of the application as per Meaningful Use requirements. Requirement gathering and Analysis. Preparing the bug reports. Preparing test cases, test scenarios, test plan etc. Creating rules for billing and Claims. Testing the overall functionality of application using SOAP UI( API testing). Interacting with Client on daily basis to report the health of the project. Working on implementation activities.
Soarian is one of the leading vendors in U.S healthcare market. It is a complete health care solutions support the entire continuum of health care, including physician practices, clinics, hospitals, long-term care facilities, home health agencies, and behavioral health facilities. Role:- Responsible for testing customer work flows, Functional testing, integration testing , EDI testing with different customer applications Performed testing using tools like Quality center, Open link and HL7 Explorer. As an Analyst worked with different teams for several implementation activities. Working on Implementation activities like Import and Export of DSS Master Files, creating Health plans, payers, Services, Admin org etc master files. Creating Billing rules, General Org rules, worked on Claims, insurance, Co pay. Worked on Software checkout. Complete EHR Implementation. Responsible for testing customer work flows, integration testing with different customer applications Performed Unit testing, Charge creation testing, Claims testing, and General Ledger Testing Sole point of contact to gather requirements from client and then implement different Soarian modules such as Financials, Scheduling and Clinical. Providing go live and other support to Customers. Regression testing during Soarian software upgrades.

Working on request tasks related to menu access issues of Care providers. Working on functional and regression testing. Working on the implementation activities. Performed End to end DTH testing. Proving the application related support to several clients. Worked on several background jobs and process like BAR close day, Summit schedulers etc. Interacting with customers on daily basis to resolve their issues effectively n time. Worked on several SEV 1,2 ,3 and 4 issues. ( L2 and L3 support)
