I taught adults with many different kinds of disabilities the general ways of life in a classroom and in their homes. I use progress monitoring, data analysis and strategy planning for each client while coordinating the activities to follow for the week. We have Monthly meetings to provide timely recommendations for behavior and risk avoidance. Creating and executing project work plans while providing weekly communication to my department leadership.
The financial department was outsourced by City Colleges of Chicago to the Foster Group. Planning, directing and implementing complex projects, entering vendor applications and adding the vendor budgets to the board approved vendors. Producing reports and performance metrics centered on spend while maintaining the Business Manager Contract Listing for all the colleges; Well knowledge of the protocols for finance, budget and payroll. I took notes at bid openings and created different types of financial documents for the Vice Chancellor, Chief Procurement Officer, and District Director of Administrative and Procurement Services.
