One of my earliest memories is attending a parent-teacher conference in kindergarten, where my teacher told my parents, “Shrutika is definitely my most talkative kid. No matter where I move her in class, she communicates with everyone!” Over the years, I’ve refined this natural ability to connect and communicate with people from all walks of life. From participating in debates during school and college to leading the Employee Experience domain at UKG, I’ve realized that effective communication is the cornerstone of any successful leader and business. This passion for meaningful dialogue allows me to amplify voices, build connections, and foster understanding across diverse teams. In my journey within the HR domain, I’ve honed my ability to help individuals recognize their potential, articulate it confidently, and thrive in their professional pursuits.
