With a bachelor's degree in Economics from Hansraj College, Delhi University I have had experience in managing teams, strong academic and research background and high emotional quotient due to several community engagements and corporate exposure as an intern as well.
Organised the Annual Shanti Narayan Debate 2020 as a member of the Tabbing Team
As part of the Planning and Data Analysis team, conducted competitor and share of voice analysis. Analyzed consumer preferences for different sectors to assist the India head in planning future campaigns with clients
• Working closely with the founder and marketing team to develop branding and increase the brand’s social media outreach through campaigns and e-mail marketing while analyzing premium clothing brand-consumer trends. Also, managing their Shopify website, navigating through every day operational challenges, and understanding the inner workings of a small business. • Ideating, strategizing and delivering (through designing and content writing) marketing campaigns for the new summer collection scheduled to release in July and their first-time summer sale according to brand identity inspiration and requisite guidelines
• Leading a team of 40+ students recruited from across North Campus, DU and managing two diverse teams to ensure smooth functioning of the online magazine and social media pages as a part of this global college community with 360+ chapters worldwide • Besides upskilling and guiding the team our chapter also advanced to the gold level due to our consistency and quality, and received recognition in the HC Global Awards. We also conducted internal workshops as well as an art therapy workshop with 50+ participants
