As a Human Resource Intern at Mahindra Logistics, I am involved in HR operations, employee communication, and maintaining records while learning practical aspects of people management.
As an HR Intern, I assisted in drafting official letters and emails, preparing and maintaining MIS reports, and managing employee salary and leave records. I updated employee data in SPINE HR software and attended system training sessions to enhance operational efficiency. I also conducted a discipline awareness session for CS Trainees through a structured presentation. Additionally, I supported day-to-day HR operations and administrative management tasks.
Supported Human Resources and Marketing functions through project coordination, business analysis, and team collaboration. Assisted in organizational initiatives, ensured timely completion of assigned tasks, and contributed to day-to-day operations.
