Hello! I'm Shruti. I have completed my graduation from St. Xavier's University, Kolkata with a bachelor's degree in Economics. During my college days, I have worked on research papers including UPI's review and India's female labour force participation. Both these research papers have equipped me with research, writing and data analysis skills. I have proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, SQL and Canva. Being the School Secretary of Holy Family School, Farakka in 2018 and Senior Vice Head Girl of Delhi Public School, Farakka in 2019, I have gained leadership experience through handling various events. I was elected as the Assistant Secretary of XAVECOS (economics society) in 2023. I was also the Student Convenor of Xavier's University Economics Summit 2024 and the Student Co-ordinator for XAVRANG'25 which gave me a sense of leadership, event management and team handling. I have interned at the Muskurahat Foundation as a fundraising Intern where I have used my communication and presentation skills to raise an outstanding amount of money for the betterment of children. Additionally, I had the experience of making Power BI dashboards involving EDA (exploratory data analysis) as an intern at the Sparks Foundation.
