I co-develop and execute the group's vision, goals, and roadmap towards the group’s strategic goal of promoting career advancement for women in datacenter related roles. • The group focuses on providing visibility to their achievements in technology roles through campaigns, storytelling, and recognition initiatives as well as creating networking opportunities, mentorship programs, and forums for knowledge sharing.
