I am a Counseling Psychology postgraduate, building a practice centered around emotional clarity, self-understanding, and meaningful personal growth. I work from a client-centered, empathetic approach, aiming to create a space where individuals feel safe to explore their emotions, understand their patterns, and navigate relationship and life challenges with clarity. I am open to opportunities, collaborations, and conversations in the mental health space as I continue to grow as a practitioner.
As a counseling psychology intern, I provided emotional support to individuals recovering from substance use. My role included facilitating therapeutic conversations, assisting in group counseling, and working closely with senior psychologists to monitor clients’ progress. This internship helped me strengthen my clinical understanding of addiction, emotional regulation, and recovery-based interventions.
At Childline, I offered emotional first-aid and counseling to vulnerable children, many of whom faced abuse, neglect, or abandonment. I was part of rescue operations, engaged in rehabilitation planning, and helped children feel heard and safe. This experience shaped my approach to trauma-informed care and child-centered communication.
