Responsibilities include: HR Strategy and Plans - Right structuring in line with business plans, Diversity and inclusion, Capability, Leadership pipeline Talent management & engagement - right resourcing, career management, succession planning, performance management, retention planning for key talent Capability Building - for general and professional skills, leadership and category specific skills, across employee groups Leadership development - coach new leaders, identify leadership potential and plan inputs to develop key talent, advise all category leaders on their people plans
