Mechatronics Engineer with experience spanning electric motor systems, application engineering, quality management, and business development. I began my career at Chara Technologies in System Engineering, working with field test data to evaluate PMSM and Synchronous Reluctance Motor (SynRM) technologies and understand real-world motor performance. I later transitioned into Application Engineering, where I worked on SynRM motor-controller synchronization, firmware validation, and system integration. Beyond engineering execution, I contributed to ISO 9001:2015 quality system design and documentation and participated in audit processes, gaining hands-on exposure to engineering quality and compliance frameworks. Currently working in Business Development at IFB Motors, I focus on exploring new applications and market opportunities for motor-driven technologies. My experience across technical validation and commercial engagement has shaped my interest in industrial electrification, motor technologies, and the commercialization of engineering innovation. I am particularly interested in roles and opportunities that combine engineering depth with business strategy and technology growth.
Owned end-to-end technical customer support for motor and controller integration projects, acting as the primary interface between customers, field teams, and internal engineering. Led firmware verification and validation activities to ensure reliable motor–controller performance across diverse real-world operating conditions. Designed, developed, and maintained proprietary in-house software tools to collect, process, and analyze on-field operational data. Used these tools to diagnose system-level issues, validate firmware behavior, identify performance bottlenecks, and feed data-driven insights back into product improvement and reliability initiatives. Played a key role in establishing and maintaining ISO 9001:2015 quality management processes. Owned documentation related to firmware verification, integration procedures,and continuous improvement, ensuring audit readiness and compliance with quality standards. Collaborated closely with cross-functional teams including firmware, hardware, quality, and operations to resolve customer issues, improve integration workflows, and reduce field failures. Supported deployment readiness by assessing integration risks, verifying system performance, and ensuring traceability from field data to corrective actions.
Performance analysis & benchmarking of SynRM motor for EV applications Over the past few months, I’ve been actively involved in evaluating the real-world performance of Synchronous Reluctance motors for electric vehicles. The objective was to benchmark SynRM motors against PMSM motors using detailed on road testing, data logging and custom built analysis tools.
Gained comprehensive exposure to the manufacturing and assembly processes of advanced engine systems. Observed critical operations, including precision machining, quality assurance procedures, and performance optimization strategies. Enhanced my understanding of engine design, component integration, and production workflows, while gaining insights into industry standards and best practices. This experience further solidified my interest in automotive and heavy vehicle technologies and their role in driving innovation and efficiency.
