Holding an honoraria Masters in Business Law from one of Asia's most reputed law schools National Law College (Bangalore). Also, an Associate Company Secretary with the Institute of Company Secretary since 2012 while being a qualified Lawyer. Worked with IDBI Federal Life Insurance for a period of 2 years in the secretarial, compliance and legal team, later explored opportunities at Larsen and Toubro Infotech Ltd for 2 years until finally moving to Siemens Limited India (Healthcare Business) as a legal counsel, Company Secretary and Data Privacy Officer. Following which, I explored my opportunity to work with a analytical data solution and credit rating company Experian Services as a Company Secretary and Legal Manager. My diversified industry experience helped me challenge my potential while encouraged understanding each of the core businesses. It has encouraging me to harness challenges and possibilities to manage expectations in the legal, compliance & secretarial front .
