I work closely with the Dean of Medical Education, Prof Nicki Cohen, to refine and refurbish the medicine course at King’s College London. I contribute to the implementation of a new medicine curriculum and the upgrade of the existing curriculum. I regularly collect feedback from the student body and convert this into actionable points of improvement.
As the student representative for the KHP Board of Surgery, I play a key role in the advancing the aims of the KHP Academic Surgery programme and promotion of the Academic Surgery Grand Rounds amongst my peers. I also act as a liaison between the Board and the student body by ensuring that the student voice is heard and considered, and that their feedback is used to shape the future of surgical training and research. I actively contribute to discussions on surgical research and education while promoting career development and research opportunities for students.
I secured offers from all the UK medical schools that I applied to and am eager to help future medics do the same through my mentoring services for UK and Ireland medicine applications, UCAT, personal statements and interviews. So far, my students have received medicine offers from top universities like Imperial College London, King’s College London and many more!
Having achieved a perfect 45 points in my IB Diploma, I provide students with tips and tricks to grasp concepts and ace their exams. Each student learns differently, so I'm always adaptable to their individual needs and preferred learning styles. I'm also a big believer in learning through practice and knowing the exam technique. So, I use a lot of exam-style resources in my lessons for students to know exactly what to expect in their exams. I tutor the following subjects: IB Biology HL and SL, IB Chemistry HL and SL, IB French B HL and SL, IB English A Language and Literature SL, IB Psychology EE and IA.
