I’m working on healthcare strategy/operations and early-stage AI integration within hospital systems, with a focus on building practical solutions beyond just analyzing problems. During my internships, I started noticing the same issue across different settings. Strong ideas existed, but systems were not structured to support consistent execution. That pushed me to focus on identifying gaps and building simple KPI and data frameworks that teams could actually use. At Silverline Hospital, I apply this by working across departments to improve performance visibility and coordination. In parallel, I have explored how AI tools fit into clinical workflows, focusing on real adoption, not just potential. I study finance at Baruch College and approach healthcare with a focus on how systems scale in practice.
I joined MDLand International this summer as a Product Manager Intern on iClinic, a full EHR platform trusted by 2,000+ clinical clients globally. The role covers the full loop: roadmap discussions, sprint planning, UAT before features go live, identifying friction in existing workflows, and helping translate new capabilities into something the support teams can use. On the strategy side, I'll be supporting the SVP in GTM planning for regional expansion. What I'm most curious about is prioritization; every PM has more to fix than they have time to fix. Learning how that call gets made in a clinical software context, where a bad decision has real consequences for the people using the product, is the part I can't get from a case study. I've spent the last two years studying healthcare from the outside. Hospital operations, investment screening, market strategy. This is the first time I'm working inside the product layer, where those decisions get built. Excited to share what I learn. #ProductManagement #HealthTech #EHR #HealthcareStrategy #PMIntern #DigitalHealth
● Reduced reporting cycle time by 20% by partnering with the Hospital IT team to design and implement a real-time departmental operations dashboard, accelerating data-driven decision-making for hospital leadership ● Built a KPI governance framework across 8+ departments linking financial outcomes, patient flow, and departmental ownership into one reporting structure, improving decision speed and accountability ● Supported launch of Nepal’s first Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) program by conducting market demand analysis and competitive benchmarking, informing $1.5M+ in resource allocation decisions through cross-functional operational diligence
As a Strategic Initiatives Analyst at Silverline Hospital, I focused on driving financial and operational performance across key service lines. I designed and implemented a KPI framework that improved departmental efficiency by 15%, developed the business case and financial model for Nepal’s first Bone Marrow Transplant unit with a projected 35% ROI over five years, and increased per-procedure profit margins by 12% through cost-benefit analyses and pricing optimization. Earlier, during my internship at Max Healthcare in Delhi, I gained exposure to business development and healthcare operations, working on ROI assessments, vendor comparisons, and supporting partnership discussions with international insurers. This experience has shaped my interest at the intersection of finance, healthcare strategy, and operational excellence.
