Working in partnership across North America and with key business stakeholders, I am responsible for: • Executing on high volume campus hiring within North America, with a focus on Consulting roles • Attracting and hiring diverse talent; developing relationships with diversity partners, as well as identifying and building new partnerships and programs on campus. • Ensuring representation at recruiting events, developing and growing brand affinity on campus; identifying and collaborating with student organizations and faculty that will support our hiring strategy. • Managing a pipeline of interns, direct sourced applicants, and referrals. • Ensuring a consistent, positive candidate experience end to end. • Ensuring candidate data integrity is captured in the CRM and ATS accurately. • Planning and implementing internship program in coordination with the Global campus recruiting team. • Ensuring adherence to all compliance and acquisition processes.
• Managing full life cycle recruitment for intern and high-volume hires; source, assess, and recruit candidates for a variety of positions including early careers. • Developing and maintaining connections with Career Centers for target campuses to grow our employer brand to students looking for internships and full-time opportunities post-graduation. • Aligning the school strategy to the business skills and creating deep meaningful relationships with school leadership. • Developing strong relationships with senior management to forecast recruitment needs; providing consultation to key hiring managers and implementing innovative and cost-effective recruiting strategies linked with business needs. • Providing selection and assessment expertise to business. • Utilizing Workday (applicant tracking system) to post positions, manage candidates, prepare offer letters, develop reports, and maintain all recruitment data. • Monitoring metrics to measure including tracking and reporting of pipeline and hiring activity. • Driving diversity of hires through partnerships and providing education to hiring manager to ensure diverse candidate slate. • Working with HR colleagues (generalists and specialists) to identify new opportunities to add value to the organization; helping HR colleagues with projects (as and where needed). • Identify, engage and recruit qualified talent for assigned requisitions including developing strong candidate pipelines in addition to conducting intake session with hiring manager to obtain full understanding of client requirements and qualifies candidates by conducting telephone and/or face-to-face interviews according to identified qualification standards. • Select candidates using discretion and independent judgment and prepares candidate write-up to share relevant skills and experience and enter to track candidate data in various electronic systems and runs standard reports as required. Negotiate salaries and relocation, create offer letters and initiate hiring processes. • Collaborate with Hiring Managers throughout the full life-cycle of recruitment to include on-going communication, coaching, and establishment of best hire practices and build and maintain relationships with client HR, Total Rewards, and other stakeholders. • Assist with coordinating logistics for recruiting events, such as job fairs, open houses, and invitation-only events while also identifying areas of potential optimization. • Collaborate with team members to develop and maintain a unified approach to talent sourcing and recruitment with proactively establishing and maintaining beneficial business relationships through networking with industry contacts, association members, trade groups, employment groups and/or social media.
• Owned the Campus Recruitment Program including attending and coordinating representation at career fairs, full 360 recruitment for student positions (posting, selection, interview and offer). • Filled student positions within the following departments: IT, Marketing, Technical and Customer Advisory, Software Development, Supply Chain, and Distribution Centers. • Partnered with Hiring Managers across the organization to solicit requirements, determine a hiring plan, and create job postings aligned with StarTech.com’s recruitment strategy. • Tracked and reported on performance trends and stats using the ATS (UltiPro) and Excel, and generate regular and ad hoc reports for internal stakeholders including People & Culture leadership, Finance, and Executives. • Designed and maintained a Talent Acquisition dashboard within Excel while ensuring real-time accuracy as well as created and published content and employer brand stories on LinkedIn and Instagram, using Adobe Photoshop and Canva ensuring alignment with the overall Corporate Brand.
• Provide recruiting support to the Talent Acquisition team by coordinating and scheduling interviews as needed and posting positions timely on external job board sites. • Optimize the recruiting process by sourcing passive candidates and filtering the applications according to the specific requirements via networking, outreach, and social media. • Pre-screen and qualify candidates, and present candidate summaries using Applicant Tracking Systems such as UltiPro and JazzHR, along with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Independently managed and assisted in designing a research project that consists of the different social media policies that exist in the 500 fortune companies. • Analysed data, compiled figures, categorized 500 social media policies in 15 different categories for publication optimization. • Verified data and conducted the provided coding procedure and entered data into an excel spreadsheet for subsequent analysis.
