I was born and brought up in Kolkata, West Bengal. Always been labeled as a talkative person, and I believe that am an extrovert. Throughout my life, I have developed this art of being able to communicate with anyone at any given point in time. Over the years in college and now through my professional experiences, I have learned that effective communication is at the core of any successful leader or business. Currently, I am working as a Business Development Executive with L'oreal India, specializing in General Trade, Modern Trade, and Channel Sales in the FMCG industry focusing on brands such as Maybelline New York, L'oreal Paris, and Garnier with a goal to grow Primary and Secondary Sales.I have worked across North India including NCR, Haryana and Punjab. I am also responsible for expanding the distribution and profitability of the brand. Also equipped to track Brand Performance, Effective Coverage throughout Urban and Rural areas. Prior to this, I was with MobiKwik taking care of Strategic Growth and Alliances in B2B Business Development. I also interned with Maruti Suzuki India Limited for a period of 3 months, honing my knowledge in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
