I am currently working as a Senior Business Consultant and Project Manager at LightCastle Partners. Currently I am managing multiple projects on renewable energy, just transition, decarbonisation and worker wellbeing. Previously, I have worked at 10 Minute School as Assistant Vice President. I managed the finance team and Founders' Office. I specialize in early-stage business finance, fundraising, and strategy. I have experience in leading fundraising operations of USD 8Mn for 10 Minute School. I am a team leader and an effective communicator. I am passionate about numbers and have a keen attention to detail. This has allowed me to understand businesses in a deep way and tackle the issues businesses face in a detailed approach. I am a passionate bibliophile. I love meeting new people and learning new things. I am also focused on putting my passions and skills to good use by projects I really care about.

- Led accounts, FP&A, Investor relations, procurement, and regulatory affairs under the Finance division. - Established and currently running Founders' Office as the Chief of Staff where I oversee the business expansion, monthly business performance, and other company-level strategic initiatives. - Led due diligence (financial due diligence, tax due diligence, legal due diligence) and post-fund closing process (everything from SHA, SSA drafting level coordination with lawyers to share issuance) of a total USD 8Mn fundraising. - Helped drive m2m business growth as part of the leadership team. - Managed board and regulatory affairs of both ParentCo & OpCo. - Acted as the Data Protection Officer at SG ParentCo.

I was the head of human resources department of Spartans' Communication Club. This is the flagship business and communication club of FBS, DU. My duties were: - To design proper monitoring plan for measuring members' performance. - To develop effective evaluation system of members' performance and productivity. - To design proper member and department development plan so that the club can create superior value for the members and attain its own goals. - To maintain coordination among all departments so that all can work together to attain organizational goals.
I used to work in PR team. My job was to maintain proper communication with our key stakeholders.
Spartans' Communication Club is the flagship business club of Faculty of Business Studies, University of Dhaka. We mainly work for developing the skills of the students of FBS. We prepare them for the business world. We also maintain communication with other business clubs of different business schools.
