• Work closely with technical hiring managers to identify requirements of engineering roles such as Full-stack, Android developers, Security Architect and Backend Engineers • Source on a average of 60+ candidates daily for software engineers through online job boards, while also working closely with agencies to find the best possible candidate • Actively use Boolean sourcing methods on Entelo, and Linkedin • Daily use of Jobscore Applicant Tracking System, to move candidates through their interview pipeline • Schedule multiple phone screens and on-site interviews for candidates with hiring managers and other engineers • Recently took over the Design/Product department scheduling for phone screens and on-sites increasing workload by 100% • Provide monthly KPI reports with HR manager and weekly meetings to maintain best recruiting practices • Contributing to Greenhouse ATS migration by meeting with HR Ops team members and collaborating on a team effort • Manipulating Greenhouse settings for optimal settings before launch so hiring managers and interviewers have a streamlined process
