I believe that software development is a tool to improve human life. I find software to be the most powerful way to share value In order to connect people and improve the quality of all our lives. Software engineering for me is like painting or sculpting, it’s a way to take a complicated and beautiful structure lay, connect all the dots piece by piece, and create a masterpiece. It’s more than just art, it’s life. That’s why I wake up with a smile and keep it on all day long. I am lucky to be paid for doing what I love the most. That’s what makes me a great engineer. I’m not smarter than others, I just really care. I love what I do and do what I love, so I don’t play the nine-to-five game, I live it 24/7. This rush makes me develop community projects like Stunity and learn new paradigms and tools with the passion of a child getting a new toy running around and having fun without the need for any additional incentive. I share my beliefs with others to inspire them, and some follow. I also learn from others. That’s what makes me a true leader. Hope AI is an advanced AI agent designed to build enterprise-grade software by automating architecture, reuse, and CI/CD through composable workflows. * Engineering Leadership: Directing a high-performance team of top open-source contributors to scale the Bit ecosystem. * AI & Architecture: Architecting the core capabilities of Hope AI to enable production-ready software composition and automated CI. * Hands-on Development: Maintaining a deep technical role by building and scaling major components of the platform's core infrastructure. * Community & Ecosystem: Leading the global developer community by managing high-level technical contributions (PRs/Issues) and advocating for the platform at international meetups and conferences. I lead the community’s growth, strategy, and activities—from content and meetups to online discussions and support. The goal is to empower local developers, startups, and automation enthusiasts to build smarter systems and share best practices. Together with a passionate core team, we’re building a vibrant, inclusive space for knowledge sharing, collaboration, and having a bit of fun while we automate the boring stuff.
I co-founded MCP Israel, a community dedicated to exploring and advancing the Model Context Protocol and its applications. I lead community growth, content creation, and engagement through talks, podcasts, and events. My focus is on building a strong, open space for meaningful discussions, collaboration, and knowledge sharing among developers and innovators passionate about the future of software interfaces. In less than a month, MCP Israel has become one of the fastest-growing tech communities in the region, reaching several thousand members.
As part of the Mamram Alumni mentoring program, I mentor a young IDF officer, supporting her growth as a technical leader. I help her navigate team leadership, collaborate effectively with fellow officers and team leads, and work with upper management. We also discuss organizational dynamics and strategies for driving impact within complex environments.
