CWG has overseen the largest urban regeneration project in Europe and is a fully integrated private real estate company that develops, manages and currently owns interests approximately 7.5 million square feet of office, 0.9 million square feet of retail and over 1,100 Build to Rent units. The company’s current £2.4 billion construction activity is composed of 500k square feet of commercial properties and over 1,750 new homes: for sale, for rent, intermediate and affordable. CWG is an industry leader in sustainability including purchasing 100% renewable electricity for the Estate since 2012 and zero waste going to landfill from the managed Estate since 2009. CWG is the largest sustainable developer in the UK with over 10 million square feet of sustainable certified buildings.
I oversaw investments, joint-venture partnerships, asset management, marketing, business intelligence and strategy. In my seven years at GGP, I led approximately $13 billion in transactions including the $1.5 billion Rouse company stock spin-off in 2012, and I was closely involved in the $43 billion company sale to Brookfield in 2018.
