Statistical models for predicting weather parameters to improve risk assessment in weather related insurance products • Time series modelling of weather parameters pertaining to Weather Based Crop Insurance Scheme(WBCIS). • Implemented the ARIMA model and its variations to forecast weather parameters on monthly and daily timescales using R. • Improved competitiveness of the WBCIS product bid by reducing premium from 13% to 11%.
• Managing construction workforce to execute drainage construction works and ensure timely completion and commissioning of the project. • Ensuring strict adherence to the contractual obligations for quality control through in-situ and lab testing of building materials, analyzing test reports and monitoring concrete batch quality. • Co-ordinating with other teams to optimize material and manpower requirement on site. • Formulating addendums to contract for modified design drawings as and when design was revised by design consultant. • Monitoring and evaluating resource productivity by preparing resource efficiency reports and progress reports.
