I’m a software engineer turned hospitality entrepreneur, currently leading operations across multiple F&B brands while building tech-led solutions for the restaurant industry. After starting my career at Experion Technologies, I transitioned out of IT to pursue my passion for food, operations, and business. Today, I manage operations for Nizam’s Kathi Kebabs and The Turkey Project, and am building Amarbhog Bhojnalaya, a mission-driven restaurant concept focused on clean, nutritious, and affordable Indian food. I’m also the Co-Founder of Twelve Labs, a restaurant technology company focused on solving operational inefficiencies and enabling restaurants to scale through smart automation. My journey blends tech, and on-ground operations to create meaningful, scalable solutions in the F&B ecosystem.
