• Ensure timely, reliable, and effective communication with the program Supervisor regarding on-site and off-site updates. • Continue to build the growth of the brand by communicating the information set out in the PC Training Manual or received through PCF during the program. • Train, coach and mentor people with directing reports set forth by the Program Supervisor. • Follow policies around operations, accessibility, theft, fraud, health and safety, etc. outlined within the policies & procedures manual. • Inventory tracking – As directed by Program Supervisor, which may include but not limited to tracking inventory at the beginning and end of shifts, flag items for replenishment, and replenish low inventory items while on-site. • Actively reach out to customers within their location to the brand the product and create a comfortable intercepting environment. • Hosting And Attending Meetings every month defining sales targets, appreciating and rewarding best performers for the Past Month. • Looking for Valuable Candidates for the Role and managing the Hiring of the representatives.
