DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer with 4+ years of experience designing, automating, and operating highly available cloud platforms across AWS and Azure in large-scale enterprise environments. Currently at Deloitte, I work on cloud infrastructure, CI/CD automation, and reliability engineering while actively contributing to AI-driven DevOps (AIOps) initiatives. My work spans Terraform and CloudFormation-based IaC, Kubernetes (EKS & AKS), Jenkins-driven CI/CD, and observability using Prometheus, Splunk, ELK, and Datadog. I bring a strong SRE mindset — incident management, SLO/SLI definition, error budgets, and reducing operational toil through automation. I actively leverage GitHub Copilot and Azure Copilot to accelerate Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes development, and I explore Azure OpenAI–based solutions for intelligent log analysis, incident summarization, and ChatOps-style workflows. Previously at TCS, I built and supported production DevOps platforms used globally, working on Kubernetes-based deployments, Jenkins pipelines, Terraform/Ansible automation, centralized logging, and reliability improvements across multi-tier applications. I’m open to DevOps Engineer, SRE, Platform Engineer, and Cloud Engineer roles in the UK, where I can build reliable systems and intelligent automation at scale.
I designed, implemented, and managed cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure using Terraform and AWS CloudFormation, supporting scalable and highly available production environments. I built and operated CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub, Maven, SonarQube, and Artifactory to enable automated and reliable deployments, and deployed containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS & AKS) with auto-scaling and zero-downtime releases. I implemented monitoring and observability using Prometheus, Splunk, ELK, Datadog, and CloudWatch to support proactive incident detection, root cause analysis, and system reliability, while applying Site Reliability Engineering practices such as incident management, operational troubleshooting, and automation to reduce manual toil. I automated configuration management and deployments using Ansible roles and dynamic inventories, and actively leveraged GitHub Copilot and Azure Copilot in day-to-day work to accelerate Terraform modules, Ansible playbooks, Kubernetes manifests, and troubleshooting workflows. I also contributed to AI-driven DevOps (AIOps) initiatives by using Azure OpenAI–based solutions for intelligent log analysis, incident summarization, and ChatOps-style automation, embedding AI directly into real operational and reliability workflows.
I built and supported enterprise-grade DevOps platforms serving global users, with a strong focus on automation, reliability, and scalability. I managed AWS infrastructure using Terraform and Ansible, including importing manually created resources into Infrastructure as Code, and designed and operated Jenkins CI/CD pipelines integrated with GitHub, Maven, and SonarQube to enable automated builds and deployments. I deployed and managed containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes, implemented centralized logging and monitoring using ELK, Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, and Nagios, and supported Red Hat Linux environments using Python and Shell scripting for operational automation. I worked closely with development, QA, and operations teams in Agile/Scrum environments using Jira to improve deployment efficiency and system reliability across multi-tier applications.
