IT professional with 14+ years of multi-disciplinary experience in Product Development, Research and Development, Technology implementation and testing using Agile across Telecom domains. Part of my role includes DevOps implementation, setup of CI-CD strategy, branching and release delivery methodology and design for projects in Amdocs Delivery. My role allows me to study internal project and customer ecosystems and offer the best customized standard solution. I also plan deployments to production together with customer. I work with development managers and scrum masters to make sure that their work is tracked correctly in Jira and the targets are met. My current project is implementation of microservices based on Amdocs Digital One and Catalog One products and integration with legacy systems. • Responsible for the definition of the test architecture, processes and test approaches for the ATT Critical FIRSTNET project in Production under ECOMP D2.0 IST Platform. • Setting up VNF and VM in cloud and delivered critical Port Mirroring Project. • Perform network modeling, analysis, planning, Install & validate Virtual functions and hardware. • Develop and optimize the strategy for agile testing for self-service projects in the digital sector with the focus in Internal System Testing. • Defining and Executing defect management processes, monitoring and communicating the test project status, resolving project issues and ensuring effective test process improvement feedback.
• Achieved Complete System migration (200 million customer) from Oracle CRM to Siebel CRM. • Providing Solution under key integration points in CRM. • Completed Prepaid Milestone, which went live on Production. • Strong coordination with Development, Testing team and other Systems/Application to ensure the business requirements are covered and implemented. • E2E Testing with surrounding applications on Siebal CRM & Defect Management. • Responsible for update & discrepancy handling for all the artifacts and CRs in FST and SIT phase. • Report to the Product Owner - Results, Test Metrics etc. • Reviewing the Test related docs and provide Sign off for CRs and Project for GO LIVE.
