I’ve interned at leading law firms including, JSA, Trilegal, Luthra & Luthra, DSK Legal, Saga Legal, Rise Legal, Kochhar & Co., and O.P. Khaitan & Co., gaining experience in corporate restructuring, FDI, ESOPs, SHA/SSA drafting, and legal due diligence across SEZ, real estate, and employment sectors. Currently serving as Administrative Head at the VIPS Legal Aid Clinic and Executive Member of LEXCOM, I’m also certified in M&A, ADR, and Corporate Crime. I’m now seeking a long-term internship with a Corporate/M&A team to contribute meaningfully and grow in the transactional law space.
