I have done my 45 days internship at Jammu & Kashmir Bank under the project title 'Retail Banking' where I learned about different products of J&K Bank and customer preferences towards them and how to interact and communicate with different age group of customers. This project gave me a great learning experience and at the same time it gave me enough scope to implement my Banking and Finance knowledge in the bank and the skill of learning to convert the person with no knowledge of services to a profitable customer. Retail banking is a way for individual consumers to manage their money, have access to credit, and deposit their funds in a secure manner.
