During my tenure at Calyco, I played a pivotal role in a metal extraction project at the Panguna Mine in Bougainville, Papua New Guinea. Serving as the company's representative, I held the position of Logistics/Project Manager and reported directly to the CEO. This role involved overseeing multiple projects and engaging with individuals from diverse backgrounds and nationalities, which significantly enriched my cross-cultural collaboration and project management skills.
At Calyco, I worked as a Project Manager, leading a team of React Native developers. My responsibilities included managing the team, providing semi-technical support, and ensuring seamless coordination to meet project objectives. This role honed my leadership skills and strengthened my ability to bridge technical and managerial aspects effectively.
