Serving as a critical point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters pertaining to the COO’s office. The role requires deep industry knowledge, analytical skills, and the ability to manage complex projects and strategic initiatives. I am responsible for: • Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of the global oil and gas markets, including supply and demand dynamics, pricing trends, and regulatory changes. • Data Management: Collect, synthesize, and present data to support decision-making. Utilize advanced analytics tools to interpret market data and forecast trends. • Strategic Planning: Assist in the development and execution of strategic plans. Provide analytical support for new initiatives and projects. • Geopolitical Monitoring: Keep abreast of geopolitical developments that could impact the oil and gas industry. Analyze potential scenarios and prepare contingency plans. • Reporting & Communication: Comprehensive reporting to the COO, board members, and other executives. Ensure that all reporting is accurate, timely, and aligns with company objectives. Ensuring effective communication with internal departments, external partners, and stakeholders. • Project Management: Oversee and coordinate projects, ensuring that objectives are met within the designated time frame and budget.

The job role includes: • Executing Product trading Contracts and managing Supply Chain Operations for export of Light Distillate Oil Products from the refinery to the end customer. • Executing Product trading Contracts and managing Supply Chain Operations for import of feedstock for the refinery. • Managing and tracking performance of Time Chartered vessels.
