- Oversee HR operations across regional offices, including HR policy reviews, Employee Handbook updates, staff engagement initiatives, company events, and employee compensation & benefits administration. - Manage the full recruitment cycle, including manpower planning with department heads, candidate sourcing, interviews, onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes. - Prepare and administer HR documentation such as employment contracts, confirmation letters, position changes, promotion and transfer documentation, and resignation acknowledgements. - Support regional offices in implementing global HR initiatives, policies, and corporate HR programs. - Conduct reference checks and maintain proper employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. - Coordinate employee group insurance coverage and claims administration for staff. - Organize and coordinate employee learning and development programs to support workforce capability building. - Plan and execute staff engagement activities and company events to strengthen employee engagement and workplace culture. - Acting as Head of HR for 7 months and ongoing during the HOD’s hospitalization and maternity leave, overseeing HR operations, leading bi-weekly HOD meetings, and handling regional HR matters while supporting management on key HR decisions.
- Support the administration and processing of salary payment, including salary adjustments, performance bonus and annual increment. - Manage the training and courses for staffs and workers, involve in recruitment, onboarding of new staff. - Manage HR policy review, staff engagement activities and company events, employment contract matters, employee compensation and benefit management. - Perform other duties periodically assigned by manager to meet the business requirements. - Support the record maintenance for payroll processing and workers’ OT calculation. - Responsible for handling end-to-end annual appraisal exercise.
- Explore in sourcing vendors (direct and indirect procurement). - Assist in identifying potential suppliers and evaluating their capabilities. - Support negotiation activities with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing. - Support the preparation and requests for quotations from potential vendors. - Assist and support the team for internal catalogue update and other statutory documents. - Perform other duties periodically assigned by manager to meet the business requirements.
