FrontlineSMS is a professional SMS management and automation company with users from all around the world. We enable organizations, mostly non-profit, to plug messaging into their various workflows and reach their target audience to have the desired impact. My primary responsibility is to lead and work with the software development team in executing complex engineering workflows using industry standard tools. We create the platform strategy and execute it to meet the company's overall business objectives.
As an accredited Microsoft associate (MCSA), my primary role involved the design, implementation and customization of Microsoft-based ERP and CRM solutions tailor-made for clients from various industries. Software used: Microsoft Dynamics NAV, CRM and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
