My tasks at Intrasoft included: - Sourcing IT profiles for the European Institutions through all channels - Recruitment of junior and senior IT profiles (Software developers, Software Architects, Business Analysts, Project Managers, UX/UI Designers, Testers, IT Support Specialists, Database Developers, Database Administrators, Enterprise Architects, Trainers, Web Content Managers, System Administrators, Security Consultants...) - Posting job descriptions on relevant job boards - Screening and assessing candidates competencies - Interviewing candidates (phone, video and personal interviews) - Presenting shortlist of candidates - Follow up with client to receive feedback regarding candidates - Providing feedback and follow up with candidates - Negotiate contract details - Update our HR database - Start onboarding process for candidates - Consulting activities and providing information for relocation in Belgium and Luxembourg - Participating at recruitment events to expand network
Ticto is a security start-up and pioneer in making authorization visible. Main responsibilities: - HR related tasks / Recruitment (posting job ad's, onboarding new employees) - Monthly Payroll and contact person for payroll service provider - Organizing events for employees - Facility Management - Invoicing and support financial director in all matters - Procurement - Support in Sales / Marketing - Administrative tasks - Writing documentation/maintaining wiki
Supporting HR Business Partner (20h/week): - Recruiting (Create and publish job postings, candidate management and interviewing candidates) - Onboarding and administrational work (Preparing labour contracts, arrival of employees, provide HR related documents and collect documents from employee) - Organize network events for employees - Support and advise employees in all cases of recruitment or other administrational subjects - Ad hoc admin support to HR Business Partner - Organize welcoming events for new employees - Monitor entries and exists of employees - Headcount reporting
Supporting and assisting development team (part time): - Monitor and check holidays/absence - Prepare arrival day of employees (preparing desk, e-mail accounts, computers etc.) - Advising and supporting development team - Purchasing and placing orders - Travel management & organizing business trips - Managing and creating travel expense reports - Prepare presentations & events
