I have over 20 years of professional experience in the construction industry. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, which I completed with honours (Cum Laude), and a Master of Laws degree with merit in Construction Law and Arbitration. I am an Affiliate Member of NZIQS and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. I have considerable experience in quantity surveying including estimating, tendering, contract administration, negotiation of variations valuations, final account preparation, claims preparation, and claims assessment. I have also experienced participating in various dispute resolution procedures including preparation of Engineer's formal decisions, mediation, adjudication and arbitration.
