Leadership sits at the heart of organisational performance. Yet many of the factors that determine success: judgement, culture, trust, team dynamics and talent, remain poorly understood and inconsistently practised. I advise leaders through periods of transition, growth and change, helping them sharpen strategic focus, strengthen accountability, align leadership teams and unlock organisational performance. Drawing on three decades of leadership and executive experience across pharma, financial services, retail and the public sector, together with a PhD in Strategic Leadership and HRM from Trinity College Dublin, I bring a distinctive blend of corporate pragmatism and academic rigour to my work. I advise leaders through periods of transition, growth and change. Helping them sharpen strategic focus, strengthen accountability, align leadership teams and unlock organisational performance. My work spans executive coaching, senior team facilitation, leadership advisory and strategic talent and people initiatives. I am particularly interested in the leadership questions that sit beneath organisational performance: how leadership teams make decisions, how culture is shaped, how trust is built, and how leaders create confidence and momentum in periods of uncertainty, change and complexity. Alongside my advisory work, I also teach on the MSc HRM and Trinity MBA programmes at Trinity Business School and serve as Independent Chair on Senior Public Appointments in the Irish Public Service. My perspective is informed not only by advisory work, but by ongoing engagement with leaders across sectors and industries. Through Leadership Discoveries™ and the Trinity Business Alumni Leadership Spotlight Series, I engage with CEOs, founders, board leaders and innovators to explore the experiences, decisions and leadership thinking that shape organisational impact. Music Network is Ireland’s national music touring and development organisation. Making high quality live music accessible to communities throughout Ireland and helping musicians to develop fulfilling careers. I am delighted to be part of this diverse board and have regularly chaired the awarding panel enabling many thousands of musicians across Ireland to develop their musical potential and participate in the performance of live music.
