As an OHS advisor, I bring forth not only safety leadership but also a construction and manufacturing background developed during previous work experience at the BCCSA and Coca-cola Canada. I have played a pivotal role in supporting the Red Cross Corporate Strategy during 2020-23. A significant aspect of my role involved the development of guidance and training materials tailored for the unique needs of operations, as well as audit and inspection services. In addition, recognizing the importance of Psychological well-being amongst social service workers, I coordinated and facilitated psychological first aid training to help the team build resilience. I am a safety professional and a champion for safety, health and wellbeing at work!
