I completed my Bachelors in Economics and Finance at Bocconi University and graduated from the Master in Management at ESCP Europe, specializing in Entrepreneurship in Deep Tech. I have a particular interest for the startup ecosystem with a special focus on Fintech, Foodtech and Shared Mobility. I gained valuable work experience in the past years through working in the VC / accelerator ecosystem and through launching the partnerships division in Germany for Papernest. I recently joined the Fintech Shine to help develop valuable new partnerships for our clients and core business !

    Founded in 2015, papernest is a French scale-up, member of the French Tech 120, which helps everyone in the daily management of contracts and subscriptions. Main responsibilities: • Leading the launch of the B2B2C channel in Germany. Drove the market testing phase by conducting in-depth market analysis, coordinating with internal stakeholders to adapt our product to our sales channel and gathering & implementing continuous feedback from our first users • Project-manage the scaling of papernest in Germany. Recruited and managed the business development team along the entire sales funnel (Inside Sales + KAM + Expert) and created sustainable processes to monitor progress and performance. • Increase substantially the business by closing 3 national partnerships I negotiated with C-levels of Top 10 relocation companies in Germany. Moreover, I closed and onboarded 50+ local real estate agencies and concluded further collaborations with national associations and digital players in the German RE sector. From the approach, meetings and negotiations (price & value) until the signature and roll-out, I am the main contact person and decision-maker on the German market. Built the Start incubation program for student entrepreneurs in the ideation phase. This program occurs each semester and offers selected projects a 4-month program including: • collective workshops and a dedicated workspace to make concrete progress on their ideas • mentoring sessions to work on specific aspects of their project • a final demo day to pitch the project and network with VC investors and accelerators • regular networking sessions throughout the semester
