Currently an Associate Director (Projects) at Gaw Capital Partners, I lead asset enhancement initiatives (AEIs) for a portfolio of retail properties, including wet markets and shopping malls across the region. My key focus areas include driving sustainability-linked loan (SLL) sustainability performance targets (SPTs), delivering energy-saving initiatives such as chiller plant optimisation and replacement projects, LED lighting upgrades, renewable energy installations, and the rollout of electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure. These projects aim to enhance asset value, improve operational efficiency, and achieve ambitious environmental performance goals. Previously, as an Associate at SunlandPlus (2017), I led a team of building services engineers in providing end-to-end consultancy for alterations & additions (A&A) and commercial developments. Responsibilities encompassed feasibility studies, detailed design coordination, project management, and the delivery of robust mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) solutions. From 2012 to 2017, I was part of the Project & Planning Department at Link REIT, where I played a key role in multiple large-scale asset enhancement initiatives. My scope covered the full project lifecycle—from initial feasibility studies and design development through tender management, construction supervision, and successful project handover. With over 13 years of experience in retail asset enhancement and building services engineering, I specialise in value-creation strategies that balance commercial objectives with sustainability and operational excellence.
