𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐉𝐄𝐂𝐓 - 𝐃𝐄𝐋𝐎𝐍𝐆𝐇𝐈-𝐊𝐄𝐍𝐖𝐎𝐎𝐃 𝐆𝐑𝐎𝐔𝐏 ● Manage the shipping administration process (Air, Sea and Land), including the up keep of accurate records, consolidation of reports, and cataloguing of all shipping data. ● Check costs from freight forwarders and clearing agents against approved rates. ● Preparing and managing shipping documentation and provide end to end clearance support; coordinate with government authorities and agencies like TRA, SGS, Intertek Etc for shipment approvals. ● Handling client’s CDR account and coordinating with Dubai Customs for yearly renewal of Trade License, Business Associations and Business Codes. ● Co-ordinate with Aramex team on behalf of the clients and manage their stock - inbound and outbound. ● Continuously track shipment progress and communicate delays, working closely with the Shipping Supervisor to address any shipment issues; Advise merchandisers and distribution centres of incoming shipments. ● Manage all transactions of Clients Stock in Warehouse Management System (WMS). ● Inventory management for clients including stock count - audit and share reports with client to support their business enrichment. ● Handling shipping terms and conditions based on INCOTERMS. ● Continually review freight costs, transportation rates, and/or the prices of raw materials to keep costs down where possible. ● Streamline shipping and transportation processes.
𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐉𝐄𝐂𝐓 - 𝐄𝐈𝐓𝐂 - 𝐃𝐔 𝐓𝐄𝐋𝐄𝐂𝐎𝐌 ● Enhance smooth Import, Export Operations and assist Client team. ● Managing customs Import & Export bills related documentation. ● Liaison with Dubai Customs & Port Authorities. ● Co-ordinate with carriers and shipping agents, transporters, shipper & consignee for effective deliveries and collection. ● Organize appropriate transportation for inbound and outbound. LCL/FCL shipments coordinate multi point loading and monitor the movements. ● Communicate with Consignees, send pre-alerts/pre advice and arrival notice. ● Ensure timely issuance of delivery orders, clearance and delivery of shipments. ● Facilitate shipment status update to customers through monitoring movements from origin to destination. ● Address customer feedback on shipment status, and maintain a cordial relationship to build future business. ● Minimize operational costs, optimize efficiency, increase operations profitability. ●Managing Inbound shipments, both technical & commercial, based on the priority requirements of EITC(DU). ● Handling RMA shipments (return) under best rated quote, liaising with associated Forwarders. ● Prepare accurate Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly report as per client’s requirement.
