● Managed BI and Reporting team for Digital Transformation workstream to harmonize multiple data sets that monitors the health of the Supply Chain ● Led the development of a digital interface for weekly executive review of all operational metrics across planning, manufacturing, sourcing and fulfilment - saving 15 hours/wk. Responsible to analyze data and create new reports to asses tutor performance, tutorial demand and recruitment needs. Served as a liaison between the UMB’s Math Resource Center (UMB Academic Support Programs) and student tutors to facilitate high quality tutoring and support tutors with program-related concerns. Key Activities: • Data Analysis and new report generation to analyze and understand Math Resource Center's tutoring utilization. • Developed training, survey, evaluation materials and supplemental tutoring resources. • Oversee the administration of UMB’s Math Resource Center and support student tutors with tutorial program procedures and pedagogical strategies. • Supporting the Program coordinator to conduct new tutor orientations and conducting new tutor hiring process. • Enhanced business processes to streamline activities like tutor recruitment and scheduling. • Responsible to cleanse and analyze data, create new reports to assess tutor performance, tutorial demand and recruitment needs. Developed weekly reports by consolidating data from multiple systems, thereby identifying low utilization areas of the program and reducing overall costs by 40%.
