I am a seasoned humanitarian and development professional with over 30 years of experience, including 18 years in Myanmar. Currently, I lead a diverse team and manage complex projects across the country as the Country Lead at ActionAid Myanmar. My career has been dedicated to building resilient communities, fostering democratic institutions, and promoting human rights and social development. In my roles at WaterAid and ActionAid, I have led numerous public policy development initiatives, facilitated national planning processes, and advocated for policies in water, climate change adaptation, education, disaster risk reduction (DRR), health, and hygiene. I am a seasoned development manager with extensive experience in developing organizational strategies, building organizational profiles, and contributing to organizational governance at both global and country levels.
