I have been involved in the digital transformation of advanced manufacturing for the past years. My previous job was at Critical Manufacturing, a company that mainly provided digital transformation and Industry 4.0 solutions that integrate data, automation, and intelligence across the entire production lifecycle. I have a degree in computer science and over 22 years of experience in software development, automation, and factory integration. My core competencies include MES and Factory Automation modeling, B2B/MES data maintenance, CIM report development, and SECS/GEM interface design. I have worked with various industries, such as panel, solar cell, and semiconductor, and learned how to optimize processes, manage equipment vendors, and deliver complex projects. I am passionate about transforming information science into practical factory applications and enabling smart manufacturing.
From control failure to real-time management of RMS parameters, enabling the beta version of the equipment software to run as a releaseable version on the production line. I was responsible for upgrading the host-side MI40 PnP EAP/RMS system, bringing previously malfunctioning machines back online. This process taught me to deeply understand the underlying system logic to truly solve problems. The company's costs and production losses were significant lessons, but also valuable assets. Ultimately, this allowed the equipment software to become a publicly releaseable production version. Building a Reporting Service from Scratch: Up-to-Date Reporting. At the Beixing plant, I built an automated reporting system (covering Alarm, EAP, RMS, and FDC) from scratch and developed the host-side EAP/RMS for the plant's first semi-automatic packaging machine. Fortunately, this is the only system implemented at the Beixing plant that production line staff are willing to use daily, maintaining a daily usage rate of over 80% (the remaining 20% is used for shift changes, waiting for materials, and other routine breaks). Implementing Automated Deployment To ensure more reliable system maintenance, Visual Source Safe was integrated into Azure DevOps and CI/CD automation processes, significantly reducing the risks of manual updates. Cross-Team Collaboration When the CP team collaborates on machine connectivity, through repeated discussions and usage data optimization, data reports are made more closely aligned with the company's and customers' needs. All this success is thanks to the hard work and dedication of our partners; it's an honor to be a part of it. None of this compares to the fully automated and spacious factory at the Hukou plant. This is a rare test plant I've seen with such wide aisles in the cleanroom. The staff here are fantastic, with bright and open spaces. Finally, and most importantly, the autonomously moving robots are charging. Preparing for Industry 4.0

Automonomous mobile robot foup transportation solution survey. I have a strong vision for Industry 4.0, and when I can work towards that vision, I'm more motivated at work. Autonomous mobile robots sound amazing. I did a lot of on-site evaluations, analyzed their advantages and disadvantages, but perhaps I was too honest about the disadvantages. ,However, how should we modify the annual budget,Last year's budget issue was not something I could solve, and it has nothing to do with me. After all, this is my principle of integrity The company decided not to spend the money and instead use it to purchase a Manufacturing Execution System (MES). Therefore, I must quickly demonstrate my abilities to continue working for the company. Unexpectedly, OHT, MCS, EAP, and RMS are all my basic skills. I was able to keep my job and continue building the factory with the company. I never imagined I would become one of the project managers in the factory construction. Wasn't I initially recruited because of AMR? I don't have the answer, but the company entrusted me with many important tasks, such as signing contracts. Final Clean EAP RMS RTM(TCS)+ EDA (Vidas uses a GUI-based database access method) completely development and data analysis. Vertically integrated test development and analysis.I didn't encounter many obstacles during the process. This lets me know how much accurate data affects my Statistical Analysis results. The correlation between two chemical parameters changes when What impact will that have on the manufacturing process? Rework. I already have some knowledge but I am eager to learn. MCS solution evaluation. MCS solution evaluation Choose one from Mirle, Class MCS 5, xMCS Daifuku AMHS xMCS phase in . I defined interface with secs gem for them. E84 wireless solution. I have some ideas and I can make them happen at this company. I am an employee. the company needs to build a factory, I will cooperate.
This is a company undergoing acquisition. Every month, a large number of employees are leaving. I personally signed the resignation forms of the CFO and Chairman, not because I was an investor, but because I was part of the process of closing the accounts. Many times I don't know what my next step will be, but I know the past. This is the time of COVID-19. When the company faced a difficult moment, the Chairman called all employees and asked if anyone wanted to subscribe to shares. The investment company... Surprisingly, no one raised their hand. Yes, I bravely raised my right hand. When the Chairman asked twice... I think what hurt her more than COVID-19 was that the employees she had cared for her entire life... None of them wanted to buy a single share. So why did I raise my hand? Her son was my high school classmate. Yes, I didn't tell his father. I guess his father didn't know who I was either. I was an unemployed, temporary employee. Even if it was just a transitional period. But what disheartened me more was that after I signed the employee stock option agreement, not long after, the stock price rose. But the company thought I didn't qualify as a long-term employee. Yes, of course I knew. It's the company's general policy. My work here continues as usual; I remain focused on the present. Even though the company is closing, I still performed a dance to bid farewell to the chairman and his wife. But this is not my primary function. 1. Development of iMES related functional requirements, debugging and modification of MES data. 2. Maintenance of B2B data (onsemi | omnivision / STMicroelectronics/ Infineon / sony) , handling problems of missing data transmission and data inconsistency. 3. OEE report development sends daily analysis data to users to confirm the readability and accuracy of the data. Technical work: requirements development program, report development, exception handling.
After I decided to return to Taiwan An equipment manufacturer who makes pressure ovens gave me a temporary job opportunity. I am responsible for the pressure oven SECS GEM of Amkor K5, ASE Korea, PTI, Micron Singapore. I am responsible for the entire program on the equipment side to provide Host communication. It cannot be said that the equipment is very simple, simple equipment also has many problems. The balance payment for these equipment has not been received, and I am responsible for collecting the payment. I did receive money during this period. It was Guan Gong (Chinese God) who blessed me. Because I write programs in front of him every day. Of course, there's a Chinese saying: "When the donkey has done its work, it's killed." "When the rabbit dies, the dog is cooked." "When the fish dies, the net is broken." I didn't intend to complicate a simple matter. To my left is the deity Guan Gong. One seat to my right is the boss's sister. I didn't realize how crucial this temporary position was. If I'd known, I wouldn't have taken it. But this part is quite interesting. I actually solved a long-standing problem at my previous company's K5 factory in South Korea. It was just a matter of time, position, and position. Plus, I actually understood the EAP RMS requirements better than the client. Maybe Guan Gong was blessing them, or maybe he was guiding me here. I guess the people at the Korean factory also believe in the Chinese deity Guan Gong.
