Shian is a junior communications professional supporting strategic advisory for clients across different corporate and professional sectors. She is currently exploring the intersection of sectors like private equity, venture capital, tech, built environment and real estate, applying her background in Psychology and Linguistics to help brands navigate complex stakeholder environments and regulated landscapes with clarity. Shian focuses on bridging technical narratives with impactful and human storytelling, supporting functions ranging from media coordination to stakeholder liaison. Her experience spans hospitality, tourism, and social impact, providing a multifaceted lens to her current work in professional services. Beyond the desk, Shian represented Nanyang Technological University in cross-country and athletics, and served as Singapore’s FISU Ambassador from 2024-2025. She is deeply passionate about fashion, music, and learning new creative skills. She has found great joy in making a difference in the lives of homeless Singaporeans, co-leading a homeless befriending initiative, The Lighthouse. She is fluent in English and Mandarin and conversational in Spanish and Korean.
