• Independently looking after Juices business in Pakistan market, managing local & export demands (~22,400 tonnage annually) with procurement of 150+ raw & Packaging materials. • Looking after two major factories in Pakistan & Creates feasible production plan within the DPS period taking into consideration available capacity (35 Production lines), labor & materials availability daily with best-optimized runs to produce the SKUs while ensuring on-shelf availability. • Develops an optimized replenishment plan for raw and packaging materials over an 18 months horizon that ensures supply of material to production whilst ensuring that the working capital targets for raw and packaging materials are met. • Plans and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay • Procurement of materials & ensure vendor wise (Business partners) supplier service level to ensure material timely & quality delivery. Ensure quality wise timely release of the materials and communicate vendor with any rejection timely. • Monthly calculating warehousing strategy to be cost efficient while procuring materials within stock norms. • Directly dealing with 150 Vendors for Procurement of Raw & Packaging Materials.
