Dr. Sheuwen Chuang holds a Ph.D. in Systems Engineering and a Master's degree in Computer and Information Science. She is currently a researcher at Taipei Medical University and consultant for businesses and government. She worked for electronics companies, aerospace companies, software development companies, and technology management consulting firms, specializing in software design, systems design, organizational performance management, production management and supply chain integration, and hospital quality management and risk management consulting. She has over 30 years of experience in systems design, resilience engineering, quality, safety, and risk management. Dr. Chuang's current research covers interdisciplinary healthcare services during peacetime and disaster periods. She utilizes systems methodology and resilience engineering, incorporating information technology and artificial intelligence to enhance the resilience of healthcare institutions, improve cross-departmental collaboration, and enhance organizational performance. She has developed several resilience implementation methodologies and IT/AI integration application systems to help organizations enhance resilience performance and system operational continuity with limited resources. 莊秀文博士擁有系統工程博士學位，計算機和信息科學碩士學位，目前是台北醫學大學的研究員與企業及政府專諮顧問。過去曾服務於電子公司、航太公司、軟體開發公司和科技管理顧問公司等行業，從事軟體設計、系統分析、組織績效管理、生產管理與供應鏈整合、醫院品質管理與風險管理輔導等專業工作，在系統設計、韌性工程、品質、安全和風險管理領域擁有超過30年的工作經驗。目前莊博士的研究涵蓋平時和災難期跨學科的醫療保健服務，運用系統方法學、韌性工程，並嵌入資訊科技和人工智慧來增強醫療機構的韌性以改善跨部門協作和組織績效，並已發展出數套韌性推展實施方法和資訊技術整合的應用系統，從而可以協助機構在有限資源下增強韌性績效與系統營運連續性。
