• As a member of the Business Development Team achieved a Company growth of 200% in 6 years. Generated and targeted leads in specialist market/industries. Expanded client base by setting up meetings and connecting to decision-makers. • Improved efficiency of revenue generation by managing and assembling of Sales and Tendering teams for target markets. • Built organizations from ground-up to operations in Equipment and Machinery supplies, Catering Services, Construction, Ticketing business etc. for more than USD 5 million in revenue each. • Managed full cycle Bids, Proposals and Pre-qualifications from project identification, bid preparation, submission of proposals and pre-contract negotiations with the Customers. • Developed internal procurement regulations, qualification requirements, bidding documentation, evaluation criteria as well Coached and Trained supply chain and procurement personnel of Joint Venture implementing multi-billion USD projects.
