About

I want to help people be more human. I first found my passion in teaching the human body and later it evolved in teaching the human heart and mind. I started my teaching career as a yoga teacher (RYT-500). In the physical practice, the body serves as a platform for self-discovery and as a teacher, I hope to help practitioners feel more confident about their body and mind. I have 5 years of teaching experience and am fortunate to have studied with world-renowned yoga teachers such as Jason Crandell and Noah Maze. The path later led to mindfulness. I am currently on the teacher pathway for Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) with Brown University. I am also currently working as a Facilitator at Forest Wolf, a global talent development consultancy that specialises in elevating leadership and work culture.

    • Designed and conducted workshops that are focused on mobility and inversions. Workshops sold out at full capacity (i.e.:20-30 pax). • Consistently achieve mat utilisation rate of >85%. Inversion classes are consistently filled, with a waitlist that can fill up a second class. • Coached a group of 8 girls in handstands and forearm stands three times weekly, with a set curriculum. Individuals are also given personalised drills for them to work on their weaknesses.
