At BigCommerce (Nasdaq:BIGC), she built the People function in preparation for its 2020 IPO, expanded operations to 8 countries, and supported revenue growth from $80M to $300M. At Q2 (NYSE:QTWO), she guided growth from $40M to $150M in revenue, expanded headcount from 130 to 740 and led the HR readiness for its IPO.
