All responsibilities of the previous position in addition to: - Solving technical problems of high scope and complexity. - Ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. - Ensuring the compliance of new mobile apps' requirements with the distribution guidelines of both App Store & Play Store. - Participating in estimating potential new projects modules & features and provide it to the PM. - Deciding on frontend technology stack components to be used for new projects, that suit the projects’ needs and are aligned with team skills. - Engaging in different stages of the recruitment process. - Establishing and maintaining a collaborative work environment that fosters autonomy, transparency, high degree of craftsmanship and personal growth. - Mentoring team members to help them develop both their technical and soft skills and achieve their highest potential - Holding regular casual 1:1 meetings with all team members. - Creating a sense of psychological safety in the workplace. - Take individual responsibility for the entire development cycle of assigned projects from requirements definition and design through frontend development, backend integration, debugging, testing, final release, and periodic updates. - Develop functional, responsive, well-tested, and maintainable cross browsers/platforms web/mobile apps. - Write reusable code for future use. - Participate in regular meetings with clients and other stakeholders. - Understand assigned projects in detail, empathize with clients, make recommendations regarding system design, solutions, and procedures and predict potential issues in feature development. - Highlight to the PM development potential risks, and tasks dependencies.
