Experienced operations manager with all injection machines types specially PET Preform Husky machines and HDPE Husky cap machines (G.line-Hypet- Hypet HPP4.0 & HPP5.0 ) also molds related to that machines (husky molds , corvaglia molds and mold masters molds ). we supply to food manufacturer so we follow all precautions and guide lines which requested by our customers . Responsible for 2 factories PET preform factory and HDPE Cap factory as the following : put production plan and follow up in both plants preform and cap. putting corrective maintenance plans for both plants and follow up executing all plans. make with my team all needful corrective intervention for all machines in both plants. all our machines have high technology from HUSKY company. we have all HPP4.0 and HPP5.0 machines and molds working in our plants.
make corrective &preventive maintenance plans to huskyand netstal machines and molds fix any defecates in production for cap and preform machines follow up start up any new mold i have good experience in hypet ,hpp and netstal m/cs in terms of hydraulic ,electrical. control &profibus problems i have good knowledge with plastic system &piovan dryers and dehumidifier and any other thing have relation with pet production process -Full responsible for all engineers, supervisor, assist supervisor, labors and technicians during 24 hours. - Responsibility of maintenance and troubleshooting (electrical & mechanical) of Husky and NETSTAL injection molding machines ( G. LINE –HYPET 300 – HYPET 400 – HYPET HPP 4.0 -NET192-NET96), slow mixer and grinder - Responsible for following the machines Operations, Orders and scheduled maintenance operations. - Following the mould changeover and maintenance for mould and hot runner to HUSKY molds with cavity number up to 192 cavity - Set the parameter of control point for production to improve the quality of the Preform. And repairing all kind of defects - Continuous co-operation with quality control to enhance production quality (Pepsi and Coca preform) and to avoid any further problems in machines and production. - Work hard to achieve the company's goals - Follow-up of spare parts for machinery and molds - Reporting to my managers. -development my team and increeas their positive performance

And repairing all kind of defects - Participates in material bunker project - Continuous co-operation with quality control to enhance production quality (Pepsi and Coca preform) and to avoid any further problems in machines and production. - Work hard to achieve the company's goals - Follow-up of production resources and balances of stores. - Follow-up of spare parts for machinery and molds - Reporting to my managers.
