New Business Sales targets the highest potential new Google customers. Is a global team of More than 300 people in 22 offices serving over 50 countries and generating over $1.3 billion in annualized revenue and growing over 80% annually. - Focus markets: Middle East, Africa & Turkey - Spotting and analyzing customers needs and trends and presenting a customized marketing solution (Search, Shopping, YouTube, Google's Display Network and App) - Managing a Salesforce Pipeline and developing strategies for long-term sustained success - Presenting business plans broadly for every type of businesses (every type of industry and vertical) - Exploring and uncovering the business needs of Google's key clients and understanding how Google’s range of product offerings can grow their business - Communicating with businesses and clients of different sizes, industries and verticals - Evaluating the investment potential and financial capability of customers in sales conversations through effective questioning - Mediating between various stakeholders (Teleperformance, NBS, Customers, Support Teams, etc.)
*Business Outcomes: -Lead & direct the activities in the territory to achieve/exceed sales objectives -Coordinate efficient allocation of resources.Manage sales expenditures within the approved budget. -Proactively manage opportunities/potential risks to minimize downsides/maximize upsides of Primary Care Portfolio from the revenue targets -Submit the territory annual & revised sales forecast & budget by account/sector/unit & monthly/quarterly/yearly *Field Force Planning: -Achieve the optimum size,structure & geographical deployment of sales force to acheive the sales objectives -Map the customers & maintain updated classifications -Develop& implement Business/Customer/Account plans for achieving sales goals in line with the Gulf business objectives & with the regional & global directions -Set clear call plans & visit objectives for reports & conduct frequent coaching visits *Cross Functional Alignment: -Ensure implementation of brand positioning in coordination with marketing & medical colleagues -Collaborate with KAM & Logistics department to manage Distributors for optimization of the inventory levels & related debit notes -Participate with medical,regulatory & commercial team in the strategy planning of the new product for introduction/registration & launch activities *Organization: Talent Management & Development: -Lead,direct & coach sales representative -Responsible for attracting,recruitment,training & retention of talents -Use GPM to support Performance management across spectrum(low performance-ensure objectives/IDPs/reviews for all direct reports) -Ensure that sales representatives are continuously trained,empowered,motivated, & maximize their potential productivity.Focus on their product knowledge,excellence in selling skills,customer knowledge & execution of account plans -Seek out training & development assignments for individuals -Ensure the engagement of team members & collaboration with the peer managers & directors
